Kara & Don - Buffalo, NY Engagement
I was able to enjoy a few hours photographing Kara and Don’s engagement photos on a wintery Saturday in Buffalo, NY. What started off as just a normal engagement session with two other Buffalo photographers ended with the most perfect snow flurries right before we had to leave to watch the Buffalo Bill’s game.
I have to admit, when I saw our location covered in snow and ice, while FREEZING (thank god for masks, really), I was wondering how long we’d be able to shoot for, but they were both troopers and were all for hiking in the elements!
The way that Kara and Don look at each other just makes me melt, I don’t think there was a single minute that they weren’t smiling and loving on each other, both on and off the camera! You can actually feel all the love that they have for each other just by looking at these photos, especially in the ones where Don would hold her from behind. We couldn’t help putting them back in the position because they looked so cute in it!
Speaking of cute, we asked them to hold hands and the way that they immediately grabbed each others pinkies with their own pinkies had all three of us photographers with instant heart eyes!

I honestly could have stayed and photographed it all day long if they would've let me….but you know, Buffalo Bills > Everything (as it should be!).
